Chase installed our new pool pump replacing one that was at least 20 years old. He knows his craft and does it with professionalism, and with care and concern for his customers. He was there at the appointed time with all the tools he needed. He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. He even helped me with a job I was doing not far from the pool pump which I was struggling with. I highly recommend Chase to anyone who needs their pool worked on. P.S. I also appreciate that he was very polite/courteous.

Mike and Chase were very helpful. Since Patio pools has been maintaining our pool I had forgotten a lot about configuration. We just bought a new heater for the spa and needed a refresher on use. They have kept the pool in very good condition, always clean and ready to use. They let me know if something needs repair or replacement. Mike and Chase were very professional, patient and kind.

We called, Chase out to show us how to turn on our solar water heater for our pool. What a kind, knowledgeable technician!! He walked us through the process & also showed us how to turn it off, once cooler temperatures arrive. Chase was professional, attentive to our questions, and very polite! Highly recommend this technician for your pool needs.

First, I would like to throw a big shoutout to Chase who came over earlier than expected (which is amazing). Upon arrival, he was very attentive to listen to where I assumed messed up my system. Upon observation and a very quick assessment, he precisely identified the issue and additionally educated me through the process which further made me feel a lot more comfortable dealing with the pool system as a new home owner. And above all, I gladly told Chase that I want to be a regular to receive pool services from Patio Pools & Spas! Stellar services and I will be sure to recommend folks your way!

Whether you’re a brand-new pool owner or just need a refresher, this class covers everything you need to keep your pool in top shape. Learn how to balance your water, protect your pipes, and keep everything sparkling clean. We’ll walk you through the ideal pump schedule for each season, how often to shock your pool or spa, and which products work best. You’ll also learn how to measure your pool to calculate gallons for accurate treatment. Classes are beginner-friendly and packed with practical tips. Plus, we’ll be open for purchases right after the session—and yes, we’ll have refreshments!
