Our journey began in 1969 when Gene Ragel Sr., a pool industry pioneer, founded Patio Pools & Spas. His vision was simple: provide high-quality pools, exceptional service, and affordability to the Tucson community. This philosophy struck a chord with pool enthusiasts, making us the largest custom pool and spa builder in Southern Arizona within just one year.
Gene’s legacy lives on as we continue to uphold his values. Today, Gene Ragel Jr. leads the company as President, supported by a dedicated team of professionals, including Vice President Nicole Ragel and Production Manager Eugene Ragel III (ER).
